EVCT was pleased to assist Crawshay Link in welcoming Ukrainians to Heol Croeso
Crawshay link is a partnership project with the Crawshay Residents Association & Vale Homes. The aim of the partnership is to welcome the new Ukrainians that have moved into the temporary accommodation site at Heol Croeso into the local community. The Spring trips showcased Welsh culture at its best in the gorgeous spring weather. Places visited included Barry Island, Cosmeston Lakes & Medieval Village, St Fagans. Dyffryn Gardens, Amelia Trust Farm, the Brecon Beacons and its wonderful waterfalls, Castle Coch & Merthyr Mawr. A truly magical experience for everyone thanks to East Vale Community Transport.
East Vale Community Transport is a charity based in Penarth and have 2 wheelchair friendly minibuses. Both the 16 and 1 seater buses are driven by volunteer drivers.
