Eating Disorders Awareness Week is nearly upon us!

During the 26th February – 3rd March we’ll be shining a light on a health condition that we know doesn't always get the attention it deserves: ARFID.

ARFID stands for avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder and is a largely unknown and misunderstood eating disorder.  ARFID can have serious consequences for health if left untreated.  You can read more about ARFID and the support we have available here.

During the week we’d be grateful if you could help us raise awareness about ARFID and eating disorders in general. Please do help us spread the word by sharing our Welsh and English digital resources available here.

Find out more about this year’s Eating Disorder Awareness Week and how you can get involved by checking out our website.
