Diverse Cymru and Marie Curie project on bereavement experiences
When someone dies, we may not be prepared for the emotional or practical impact. Marie Curie would like your help in developing the information and support we offer at such a difficult time. If you have been bereaved and feel you would be able to talk about it in a small group, we would be very grateful for your help.
We would like to hear about your experiences of bereavement, what help you had, what help you needed, and what you wish you had known.
We will be holding 2 small discussion groups and we would like to hear the thoughts of people from all across Wales, from all communities.
The two sessions will be:
2pm Thursday 31 March in person at Diverse Cymru offices in Cardiff
10.30am on Friday 1 April online
If you would be willing to participate in one of these sessions please contact Julie.skelton@mariecurie.org.uk
We understand this is a sensitive subject and assure you of care and support during the discussion. If at any time you want to take a break, or talk to us in private at a later time, that is totally fine. We very much appreciate your help in improving support for others.
