Climate change and health in Wales survey

Public Health Wales NHS Trust and Bangor University are carrying out a door-to-door national survey to understand people’s views on climate change and health in Wales. You may have received a letter stating that your household has been randomly chosen to take part.

DJS Research Ltd is conducting the survey on the behalf of Public Health Wales and Bangor University. Participation is voluntary. If you take part, the information you provide will be anonymous and confidential.
