Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale - New training courses and available dates

Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale have been working hard to ensure they can provide training courses on a number of subjects, and suitable for frontline staff to attend.

The new courses are:

·        Housing Law in Wales (and the changes that will take place from July 2022)

·        Mental Health – supporting clients and staff

·        Customer Service – what makes good customer service?

·        Casework Management – setting up an efficient way to manage casework

As well as all their training in:

·        Debt

·        Welfare Benefits
