Can you help with the annual surveys of the High Brown Fritillary Butterfly?

Over the past three weeks volunteers have been helping out with the annual surveys of the High Brown Fritillary Butterfly (Wales’s rarest butterfly) and have captured some amazing pictures along the way.  The surveying involves walking identified routes and counting butterflies seen, we welcome new volunteers.  Anyone who enjoys nature and likes being outdoors may find this very rewarding.  So far, the number of High Brown Fritillary butterflies has been reasonably good but we know there’s more work to do.
