Barry Community Choir is back

Barry Community Choir is back – after a break over August – with a few changes.

We are still rehearsing at the lovely St John’s Church on Breaksea Drive, Barry Island on Wednesdays, but at the NEW TIME OF 7 – 8.30PM.  Not only a new time but with a new Musical Director.  Local singer and teacher Alison Shone has taken over the baton, having vast experience in leading choirs, including MD of Wales’s first stroke choir – “Strike a Chord Cymru.” We have a policy of “no auditions” just an enthusiasm for singing, male and female.

We also offer a number of discounts, I.e. for students, NHS/Care/Emergency Workers/2 people from the same household.  We also offer 2 taster sessions so there’s plenty of time to make up your mind!  Further information – contact:  E:  info@barrycommunitychoir.com; or Sheila on 07932 523415.
