Advocacy Service Manager Job Vacancy with Age Connects Cardiff & the Vale

Based:          Cardiff and the Vale

Salary:          £17,300 per annum

Hours:           21 hours per week.

Age Connects Cardiff & the Vale is looking for an Advocacy Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Advocates and be responsible for the strategic development of the advocacy service. 

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic person with leadership skills and a can-do attitude.  Previous experience of leading and developing a team of advocacy staff is essential, as is the understanding of statutory and non-statutory advocacy. 

You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to adapt your communication style to suit a wide variety of stakeholders. 

The Ability to drive and have access to a car is also essential.
