Arts and Crafts (no Picasso skills required—just enthusiasm!)
Gentle physical games and exercises (think light movement and laughter)
Reminiscence and conversation games that spark memories and smiles
Offer one-to-one support, ensuring everyone feels included and valued
Help set up the space to make it warm and welcoming
Support with refreshments because tea, biscuits, and chats are always better together!
Be a friendly face, spreading positivity and cheer

Friendly, kind, and ready to bring a smile
Great at chatting and connecting with others

By volunteering with us, you’ll:
