Creative Cuppa 2021

On Monday 5th July, The Arts for Health and Wellbeing Team at Cardiff & Vale Health Charity are running a Creative Cuppa. 

The event celebrates the amazing work of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board staff and aims to raise funds to continue to support them with creative opportunities, experiences and environments in the workplace. This is a wonderful opportunity for our supporters to improve wellbeing by taking the time to be creative, enjoy cuppa together, whilst raising money for a fantastic cause. 

We are encouraging our supporters to participate in the celebrations by holding a creative tea party or arts workshop with friends, family or at work. The creative element to the tea party can be anything from sketching in the garden, to making a fun dance routine, we even send out an ideas pack to give some inspiration for easy crafts and activities. We are more than happy to provide supporters with anything they need whether it be our fundraising pack or bilingual downloadable materials such as posters, bunting, social media graphics, sponsor forms, etc..
