GVS operates a comprehensive information service to meet the needs of community and voluntary groups operating in the Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas.

GVS gathers news appropriate for the local Third Sector, filters the highly relevant news, that we then disseminate through our communication channels, our e-Vista magazine, website, e-bulletins and social media channels

Free equipment loan service

GVS has equipment available to loan free of charge to member voluntary and community groups. Please contact us to find out what we can offer your group.

Printing Service

This is a not-for-profit service aimed at voluntary groups. GVS uses a highly professional photocopying machine which can print black and colour ink, back to back, stapled and folded at remarkably low prices. We usually print posters, leaflets, headed paper, newsletters, celebration cards, meeting minutes, business cards to name but a few!

We offer a range of coloured paper and card in various weights to suit the needs of our member groups whilst offering highly competitive quotes. If you would like a quote, please contact GVS.

Design Service

A low cost highly professional service at charitable prices. GVS offers a design service to its members enabling them to create professional designs for cost effective prices. We specialise in designing business cards, posters, newsletters, fliers, programmes, invitations, pull up banners, PVC banners and much much more! If you would like a quote, please contact GVS.

Finishing Service

We offer low cost finishing services including collating, folding and stapling, guillotining (slicing), binding and laminating. If you would like a quote, please contact GVS.

Meeting and training room hire 

We offer meeting rooms in a variety of venues within the Vale of Glamorgan at discounted prices for member organisations, please contact us for further details.
